Wander freely through three serene olive groves, home to over 350 ancient trees that gently sway in the Tuscan breeze. These groves surround both the main house and your private cottage, offering quiet corners and shaded spots ideal for reading, meditating, or simply enjoying the warmth of the sun.
Explore the two lush orchards where seasonal fruits—peaches, plums, figs, apples, pears, and apricots—ripen in the Tuscan sun, filling the air with their sweet aroma. The cottage garden itself is a fragrant haven, bordered by blooming lavender and overlooking the rolling olive-covered hills. You’re also welcome to unwind in the main garden area near the pool, take a stroll through our vegetable garden, or observe the gentle hum of our beehives from a respectful distance.

Your swimming pool is there for you, among trees and in the gardens. It is for your exclusive use, so you can enjoy a clothing-optional swim any time of day. There are no other guests—just you, the breeze, and the Maremma landscape stretching to the sea.
The pool was constructed by ourselves, it was created without excavation in order to preserve the land and we used a minimal amount of concrete for its base, the pool itself was then constructed using Italian wood grown from a renewable forest.
The pool is of the type ‘salt water chlorinated’ meaning no reliance on adding chemicals. It is not heated but normally by May it is around 18 degrees, then during summer rises to around 24 degrees.

No. This is a clothing-optional stay. You are welcome to enjoy naturism whenever you feel comfortable.
Is the estate secure?
Yes. Our location is rural, but gated, we have an area of 30,000sq metres around the cottage and main farmhouse that has a 2 metre high fence to keep the wild animals out (wild boar, deer, foxes, porcupines, rabbit, hare’s) and the remainder of our land, olive groves and vineyards is open to wildlife movement and is bordered by woodlands. You won’t be disturbed during your stay.
Can we cook and eat outside nude?
Absolutely. The outdoor dining and BBQ area is for your exclusive use. Many guests enjoy relaxing in the garden in the evenings—naked under the stars, Maremma has incredibly dark skies due to low light pollution and star gazing is something people travel to Maremma specifically for.
