Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Booking will be confirmed by email after your reservation has been made, only once confirmed by us, in an email is your booking secured.
  • Scansano Tourist Tax of 1€ per night, per person is not included in shown prices and must be paid at our property.
  • Errors due to data systems or payment methods can mean that your reservation is not confirmed immediately, and that your reservation is only confirmed once you have received an email from us.
  • Bookings made by you can be cancelled by Tenuta Le Mandorlaie due to health, or issues beyond our control.
  • Bookings made are non refundable, unless the offer or price type specifies differently, details will be given when booking.
  • Access to Tenuta Le Mandorlaie is via a Tuscan white road, for this reason we advise that access for very low sportscars in not possible (under 120mm ground clearance).
  • Breakfast is created for all of us, our guests join us, we do not serve breakfast in the cottage or offer room service.
  • We offer a pet environment, but please be aware your pet is your responsibility during your stay, they cannot be left alone.
  • We are an active farm and have dogs and cats of our own on the property, if you feel your dog is not able to get on well with other dogs and can’t ignore cats (who will stay out of the way of dogs) our farm may not be the place for your pet.
  • Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
  • Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  • Please inform Tenuta Le Mandorlaie, Agriturismo in Scansano of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
  • This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
  • Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 06:00:00.
  • It’s not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes
  • We do not offer restaurant services but there are many great restaurants nearby
  • Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
