HOW?

  • we store our un-bottled olive oil in temperature controlled environment under nitrogen
  • when bottling we place nitrogen in the bottle to remove any oil to air contact, thus reducing oxidisation, one of the main reasons that extra virgin olive oil looses its flavour and supreme taste profile.
