Terms & Conditions – Adopt a Chardonnay Vineyard Row in Tuscany
1. Nature of Adoption
Adoption of a Chardonnay vineyard row is a symbolic sponsorship and does not imply any ownership rights over the land, vineyard, or vines at Tenuta Le Mandorlaie.
Your adoption represents financial support for the development and maintenance of the Chardonnay vineyard, specifically the installation of support wires and care of young vines.
2. Duration of Adoption
Each adoption lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in your adoption package.
Renewal opportunities may be offered after the adoption period.
3. Rewards & Wine Allocation
Adopters will receive the agreed number of bottles of Chardonnay wine as outlined in the adoption tier (Friend of the Vineyard, Vineyard Guardian, or Tuscan Patron).
Wine delivery will take place once the Chardonnay vines produce their first harvest and the wine is bottled, which may take 3–4 years depending on vineyard conditions.
Wine quantity and timing may vary due to natural factors such as weather, harvest yields, and winemaking schedules.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Wine bottles will be shipped to the adopter’s provided address, at their cost, once available.
We currently ship within the EU, UK, and Ireland. Shipping outside these regions may not be possible due to customs regulations, contact us first before adopting.
Adopters are responsible for ensuring delivery is legally permitted in their country of residence.
5. Vineyard Recognition
Adopters in certain tiers may receive recognition, such as their name listed on our supporters’ page or on a vineyard marker.
Names, dedications, or messages displayed must be appropriate and may be subject to approval.
6. Visits & Experiences
Vineyard visits (where included in adoption tiers) must be arranged in advance and are subject to seasonal availability.
Visits do not include travel, accommodation, or additional expenses unless otherwise specified.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Adoption contributions are considered a support initiative and are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of crop failure, adopters will still receive recognition and a wine-related alternative (e.g., bottles from a different vintage or vineyard at Tenuta Le Mandorlaie).
8. Legal Responsibility
Adopters must be of legal drinking age in their country of residence to receive wine.
By purchasing an adoption, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that adoption is a sponsorship, not a property or ownership agreement.
